Weekly Diary- Day Seven

Today I will hit things a little heavier on the upper body. I am feeling the extra weight quite considerably now, and my hands are going to have to grow new callous material in order to deal with the handles moving in my hands.

 

 Warm up- skipping

 

 20kg kb snatch  5 x 4 sets

 

20 kg ab slap swings  10 x 4 sets

 

lateral shifting squats  5 x 4 sets

 

raised feet single arm pushups  5 x 4sets

 

16 kg kb clean and press  5 x 4

 

assisted single leg pistols  5 x 4 sets

 

 

warm down- skipping
