I have been listening to a lot of great advice over the last few days from some longtime practitioners of the kb sport, and have been trying to integrate that into my own personal development.
It seems that physically your body makes jumps with the changes in weight from lighter to heavier, and that the body’s muscularity and strength follow along. Nutrients are fine, but protein powder and supplements for me are a temporary fix, because so often whatever is gained is quickly lost in a short period of time due to sickness.
Great diet goes way beyond a packet of supplements, its what you eat each and every day and the balance of elements contained within.. profound stuff!
What I am after is a physical strength that is consistent and goes beyond the ups and downs of weight changes. Solid mass that comes with strength built over time. Let see how I go…!
