Working on pure and simple muscle control at the moment. Have a road trip coming up where I will not be around the bells for about 5 days and will have to rely on body weight exercises alone, so plan to make this week one of hard lifting work so that I can use the time away from the bells for recovery and balance work.

20 kg kbell TGU’s 3 x 4 sets, slow and steady/mean

20 kg swings 20x 4 each arm

ab rollers 10 x 5 sets

single arm pushups x 4 sets
