First workout 2011, January 4th

Time to get back in the groove

Stretch and mobility work 15-20 mins

Long Cycle 2 x 16kgs x 5 minutes @7rpm

Snatch 16kg x 4 mins ( 2 mins each hand) = 64 reps

Swing 20kgs x 3mins

Stretch and cool down.

      yes I do, but I highly recommend that you go and get a lesson to start you off. There are a lot of postural things to consider so that you get the most benefit out of training.
      If you like, I can put you in touch with someone nearby that you can take a lesson with. otherwise, let me know and I will send you some info.
